• Based on country-by-country chapters, managed by accompanying spouses
• Provides remuneration to managers and staff

OBJECTIVES

• Generates its’ own revenues to assure long-term viability
• Generate 50-100 employment opportunities for accompanying spouses in 1-2 years, and 500+ in 5-7 years
• Assists the accompanying spouses of expatriated employees maintain careers and financial-independence while abroad
• Develop programs and activities designed to assist expatriated families
• Promotes cross-cultural understanding between local and expat communities
• Provide support and assistance to expatriated women in cases of domestic abuse
• Provide support to lobbying groups such as MEWS, the Permits Foundation and ACIP in their global efforts to relax work permit restrictions for the accompanying spouses of expatriated employees
