It has been about 2 ½ years since I was forced to temporarily stop working on this website, but I am once again developing and promoting it as well as my entire project. At that time my ex-husband threatened to steal all of my money, take my children and throw me on the streets if I did not stop working on Global Expats. I said “Don’t be ridiculous, Spain is a democracy now and you do not own me like your father and grandfathers before you did their wives.”

Unfortunately, in the past 3 years I have found that I was wrong.
